Sbrisolove™ is the classic sbrisolona of the Mantuan baking tradition . We called it that because we put so much love into designing and creating it that we hope it also reaches those who consume it.
To enjoy it better, in the package you will find a cotton and linen cloth on which to place the cake and then break it and eat it with your hands !
Ah, then remember that its fragility is an indication of its authenticity : just like the most beautiful and true things. Break it with a small fist and eat it with your hands, savoring the almonds (we even put a few more in the package) and the scent of the oven "like it used to be" will fill your palate and heart.
